JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a professional and attentive Waiter to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The Waiter will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

            •           Welcome and seat guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.

            •           Take food and beverage orders accurately and anticipate guest needs.

            •           Serve and clear courses promptly, handling multiple tables efficiently.

            •           Manage special requests and provide personalized guest service.

            •           Present checks, process payments accurately, manage receipts, and balance till.

            •           Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, beverages, and local attractions to make recommendations.

            •           Ensure dining area, service stations, and tables are clean, reset, and organized.

            •           Always maintain a neat and professional appearance.

            •           Address minor guest concerns promptly and escalate major issues to management when necessary.
